Meet the team behind

Pup & Co.

At Pup & Co. House Care, our team is carefully selected for their professionalism, communication, behavioural understanding, and genuine passion for thoughtful in-home pet care.

While every sitter brings their own unique personality and experience, we all share the same commitment to structure, trust, comfort, and attentive care within the familiarity of home.

Because exceptional care starts with the people behind it.

Pup & Co Dogs
  • Victoria Pup & Co

    Hi! I’m Victoria

The founder of Pup & Co. House Care, and the very proud human behind the business.

Animals have been at the centre of my life for as long as I can remember. Whether it was caring for injured birds until they could fly again or convincing my mom that the stray animal I brought home absolutely needed saving… I was always finding ways to help animals. (Sorry again, Mom.) Growing up surrounded by dogs, cats, birds, and rabbits only made that passion stronger.

Over the years, my love for animal care evolved into a deep interest in pet behaviour, genetics, structure, and creating environments where animals feel safe, understood, and comfortable. My experience comes from years of volunteering in animal rescue, working with behavioural cases, pet sitting, and caring for animals with unique needs and personalities.

I officially launched Pup & Co. House Care in early 2023, and honestly, I still can’t believe how much we’ve grown in just three years. What started as a passion project has turned into an incredible community of clients, pets, and trusted relationships that mean the world to me. Being trusted inside someone’s home and with the animals they love most is something I never take lightly.

As an only child, I definitely didn’t expect to end up with this many pet siblings… but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Building Pup & Co. House Care has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life, and I’m endlessly grateful to every client, supporter, friend, and family member who helped make this dream a reality.

Thank you so much for considering Pup & Co. House Care for your pet care needs, it truly means more than you know.

A few fun facts about me:

    • I’m obsessed with true crime and murder mysteries. If something suspicious happens, I promise I’ve already started investigating.

    • I’m the proud owner of a French Bulldog named Scarlett, and yes, we’re absolutely attached at the hip.

    • Halloween, horror movies, haunted attractions, and fall weather are my love language.

    • Despite loving horror… I’m irrationally terrified of spiders and basically any creepy crawly.

    • I’m a massive foodie and will happily try any new restaurant, café, or recipe at least once.

  • Jen Pup & Co

    Hello, I’m Jen!

I’m one of the in-home pet sitters at Pup & Co. House Care and have spent my entire life surrounded by animals. Alongside my professional experience in dog walking and pet sitting over the last two years, I’ve developed a strong understanding of how important calm, patient, and individualized care is for every pet and household.

I’m especially comfortable working with rescue dogs, anxious or sensitive pets, and animals that benefit from extra structure, reassurance, and consistency. I’m known for being highly communicative, detail-oriented, and dependable when it comes to following routines and care instructions. Whether it’s administering basic medications, providing regular updates, or adapting my approach to fit your pet’s emotional and behavioural needs, my goal is always to create a safe, low-stress environment where both pets and owners feel comfortable and supported.

My love for animals extends far beyond dogs and cats. I also have hands-on experience caring for birds and small animals, including my beloved parrotlet Dewi, who lived to the incredible age of 14. I previously fostered guinea pigs and currently share my home with Katara the cat, Moose and Artimus the guinea pigs, and Lulu the bunny,  all rescues with personalities as unique as their names.

One of my favourite parts of pet care is getting to truly know each animal and customize my care to fit their routine, comfort level, and personality. I understand how stressful it can feel leaving your pets behind, so I always strive to provide thoughtful communication, reliable updates, and attentive care so you can fully relax while you’re away.

    Fun facts about me:

    • I’m a certified Personal Support Worker and have experience working in long-term care.

    • I love crafting and creating things, especially sewing, embroidery, and working with polymer clay.

    • I know how to surf!

    • I know some basic ASL (American Sign Language) and would love to continue learning more.

    • I’m happiest in calm, cozy spaces, usually creating something, reading, or caring for animals.

  • Leah Pup & Co

    Hi everyone! I’m Leah

One of the in-home pet sitters at Pup & Co. House Care, and proudly part of the team since day one. Watching Pup & Co. grow over the last three years has been such an incredible experience, and I’m so grateful to have been part of the journey from the very beginning.

Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up surrounded by dogs and cats and was taught from a young age to treat animals with the same kindness, patience, and respect that I would any person. Anyone who knows me knows just how passionate I am about animal care and welfare.

Alongside working with Pup & Co. House Care, I work full-time with the Hamilton Adult Learning Network and volunteer as the Cat Manager at Bark At The Moon Animal Rescue. Over the years, I’ve also personally cared for animals with complex medical and behavioural needs, including adopting a cat with ongoing medical needs and a rabbit (and if you know rabbits… you know even the healthiest ones require incredibly attentive care!).

I understand how difficult and emotional it can feel leaving your pets in someone else’s care. That’s why I always strive to make both pets and owners feel comfortable, supported, and at ease while you’re away. Whether it’s sticking closely to routines, providing extra patience with nervous pets, or sending regular updates and photos from our adventures, I genuinely care about making your pets feel safe, loved, and understood in their own home.

    Some fun facts about me:

    • I love motorcycles and ride a Kawasaki Ninja 400R. I’ll often ride my bike to pet sits — so if your dog is sensitive to loud noises, just let me know and I’ll happily bring the car instead!

    • I love cooking and have been told I make a pretty legendary chili. (Victoria fully agrees.)

    • I have a collection of over 30 clown dolls, plushies, paintings, and figurines. Don’t worry though… the clowns stay home during pet sits.

  • Chantal Pup & Co

    Hi! I’m Chantal

One of the senior in-home pet sitters at Pup & Co. House Care. I’ve been part of the Pup & Co. team for the last two years and have loved every moment of growing alongside the business, our clients, and of course, all of the incredible pets we’ve had the privilege of caring for.

I grew up surrounded by animals including dogs, hamsters, turtles, and fish, which naturally shaped my love and passion for animal care from a young age. Caring for animals has always brought me so much joy, and I truly love getting to know each pet’s unique personality, quirks, routines, and behaviours.

Before joining Pup & Co. House Care, I started pet sitting for friends and family and always dreamed of working with animals in a more meaningful way. Alongside my full-time career in the mental health field, I’m grateful that Pup & Co. has allowed me to turn that passion into something I genuinely look forward to every day.

I’m known within the team for being extremely detail-oriented and attentive to routines, comfort, and care instructions. I have a soft spot for senior pets and animals requiring additional patience, structure, or medical support, and I understand how important consistency and trust are when caring for pets with more specialized needs. My goal is always to provide peace of mind while you’re away by making sure your pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in the environment they know best, their home.

    Some fun facts about me:

    • I love travelling and exploring new places, I’ve currently visited 6 countries and counting! (Feel free to ask me where during our meet & greet.)

    • One of my favourite things about Hong Kong was seeing dog-friendly restaurants with actual menus for dogs. Canada needs to catch up!

    • I love a cozy movie night, especially comedies and documentaries. My favourite series is From.

    • Similar to Victoria, I’m a huge foodie. If there’s good food involved, I’m there.

  • Pup & Co Dogs

    Hey everyone! I’m Lin

One of the in-home pet sitters at Pup & Co. House Care! I’m currently completing my Master of Social Work through the University of Windsor’s remote working professionals program while also working full-time. Thankfully, the flexibility of the program still allows me to spend time doing what I love most, caring for animals.

I truly can’t remember a time in my life where animals weren’t part of it. Growing up, my mom ran a dog training business, and my grandparents owned a hobby farm, so I was constantly surrounded by animals of all shapes and sizes, from tiny furry friends like Hammy the Hamster (may he rest in peace) to massive draft horses.

At home, I currently have my two soulmates, my cats, who absolutely run my world, along with my Leopard Gecko, Copernicus. Fun fact: Copernicus was gifted to me during my first year of university. Moral of the story? Never gift someone a reptile that lives for 20 years.

One of the things I love most about pet sitting is getting to truly connect with each animal’s personality and energy. I’m naturally very hands-on, playful, and active with pets, and you’ll often catch me on the floor playing, doing enrichment activities, going for walks, or simply giving your pets the attention and affection they deserve. I know firsthand how stressful it can feel leaving your animals in someone else’s care, which is why I always strive to provide the same level of love, comfort, and reassurance that I’d want for my own pets.

Fair warning: if I’m caring for your pet, expect lots of updates and way too many photos. I can’t help myself.

    Some fun facts about me:

    • I’m an avid rock climber and try to get to the gym as often as possible. Ropes only though — you won’t catch me bouldering unless someone convinces me.

    • I LOVE reading. I can easily finish a 10-book series and come out the other side with a completely different personality.

    • My thumbs can bend backwards. I have no explanation for it and no, I’m apparently not double-jointed.

    • I was born and raised in London, Ontario, but my dad is from Newfoundland, so every now and then a random East Coast accent sneaks out.

  • Pup & Co Dogs

    Hi, I’m Grace!

One of the in-home pet sitters at Pup & Co. House Care! I’ve always had a deep love for animals and began pet sitting at a young age for friends, family, and those in my community.

Growing up with a rescue guinea pig, rabbit, and dogs taught me early on that every animal has their own unique personality, needs, and comfort levels. Over the years, I’ve also volunteered training rescue dogs and have fostered dogs in need of forever homes. These experiences helped shape my understanding of how important patience, structure, communication, and trust are when caring for animals.

I’m known for being highly detail-oriented, communicative, and respectful of routines and boundaries, both for pets and their owners. I truly understand how important consistency is while you’re away, and I always strive to make pets feel comfortable, safe, and cared for in their own environment. Building strong relationships with both clients and their pets is something I value deeply.

Currently, I’m studying Social Science in post-secondary while continuing to pursue my passion for animal care through Pup & Co. House Care. Outside of pet sitting, you’ll usually find me cooking, studying, rock climbing, or spending time with my two family dogs who are 14 and 9 years old. I’m also a huge fan of board games and finding new places to eat.

I know leaving your pets behind can be stressful, so my goal is always to make the experience feel as smooth, reassuring, and comfortable as possible for both you and your pets. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family members!

    Fun Facts:

    • Growing up, I trained rescue dogs multiple times a week to fulfill my love for dogs before we had pups of our own at home!

    • I’m a huge audiobook fan! Since 2021, I’ve listened to around 30 books a year — and yes, I usually listen at over 2x speed.

    • I’m always on the hunt for a good deal or hidden gem.

    • Like many of the Pup & Co. team, I’m a total foodie and will happily try almost anything once.

    • I love indoor rock climbing and can’t wait to eventually take it outdoors!

  • Wendy Pup & Co

    Hi! I’m Wendy

An in-home pet sitter with Pup & Co. House Care, Realtor®, TV Host, Wedding Officiant, and lifelong animal lover.

Behind all of the titles and busy schedules, animals have always been one of the biggest and most grounding parts of my life. As an only child, my mom quickly realized I needed “siblings,” which meant our home was always filled with animals, companionship, and chaos in the best possible way

Later in life, I became the proud dog mom to my beloved 180-pound South African Boerboel, Deacon Jones, alongside my incredibly special Russian White cat, Max, who I was lucky enough to love for 21 years. Losing pets teaches you very quickly that they’re never “just animals”  they’re family. That understanding is something I carry into every pet sit and every home I enter.

Outside of pet care, my career has always centered around people, communication, and trust. Whether I’m helping clients buy homes, officiating weddings, or caring for your pets while you’re away, I pride myself on being dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and approachable. My goal is always to ensure both pets and owners feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire experience.

You can absolutely expect plenty of updates, reassurance, and photos along the way,  because I know firsthand how important peace of mind is when leaving your pets in someone else’s care.

    Some fun facts about me:

    • I can throw a football better than my husband (and yes, he hates when I mention it).

    • My absolute happy place is our lakeside cottage near Sault Ste. Marie.

    • My favourite band in the world is AC/DC, if your dog likes classic rock, we’re already best friends.

    • I speak fluent French and conversational Spanish, and can say basic greetings in 11 other languages.

  • Taylor Pup & Co.

    Hi!! I’m Taylor,

an in-home pet sitter at Pup & Co House Care. I’ve recently joined the team and couldn’t be more excited to turn my lifelong love for animals into something I get to do every day.

I’ve had dogs my entire life, and after losing my dog of 18 years two years ago, I truly felt like a piece of me was missing. That experience deepened my love for animals even more and led me to start fostering earlier this year (which I absolutely fell in love with). Since then, I have adopted a rescue from the Dominican Republic, and she’s truly my little baby.

I’ve always been known as “the dog lover” in my circle! I’m usually the one you’ll find spending more time with the dog than the people at any gathering! I’m also the first person my friends and family call when they need someone they trust to care for their pets. With a remote job that allows me to work from home, I’m able to give your pets the time, attention, and care they deserve, while providing you with peace of mind when you’re away.
I’m so excited to build connections with both pets and their families, and I truly look forward to meeting you!

    Some fun facts about me:

    • Traveling and pushing myself out of my comfort zone is my favourite, bungee jumping in Africa is definitely at the top of my list!

    • I’m a reality TV fan (guilty!), “The Bachelor” has me emotional every Monday night

    • If I’m ever lost, you’ll probably find me in the skincare or healthy food aisles at the grocery store

    • I played varsity soccer at York University back in the day when I was in my prime younger days!

    • I love doing photoshoots with my dog, and yes, I send the same photo 20 times to my family like she’s their baby too! but I promise to not do that to you unless you’d like it!
